About Us
Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala are a Shala* based yoga studio where combines various aspects and styles of yoga without leaving the essence of traditional and purities of yoga practices. Here we mainly teaching the Classical Hatha Yoga, Sivananda Yoga (Tradition of Swami Vishnu Devananda), Vinyasa Yoga (Tradition of Sri. T.Krishnamacharya), Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Our classes are offered by international teachers who are well founded in respective traditions and styles. Our studios are with small class rooms where the teachers can even remember the names of students and guide them properly looking on their skills and improvements.
Our Yoga studios are located in Shanghai (China) and Trivandrum (India).

Welcome to Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala
Yoga is a process of gathering all disconnected parts which scattered during the period of creation. It's a way of return. We all born with that strong desire to select the path of return. We begin this process through the strong awareness. Asana (seat), Pranayama (extension of prana), Mudra (seals), Bandha (locks) , Kriyas (cleansing), Kirtan (chanting), Dharana (control of senses) and Dhyana (meditation) helps to improve the stability and continuity in that awareness. Let us lead towards that path of union which is without a duality in perception and thoughts. Let us begin this journey here with an understanding which only leading us towards only one ultimate goal, my self; where I exists with peace & harmony.
